1. Press windows logo key plus R to bring the run dialog box out..

2. Immediately type 2 backward slash then print server name and then the shared printer and activate it.

3. From the next dialog box the shared printer will be installed automatically and you set it as you default printer if you wish so.
To connect any other computer to the network, you can repeat the same action.

Here is a bonus for you:
There are some other actions you can perform such as having access to the spooling or processing files on the Shared printer, it is possible to pause, delete or start a printing job, if you need your job to be printed immediately and there is an ongoing job that can wait, you can pause it and allow your own job, just open the printer on your computer and right click the job and you can activate any action.
